1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on or using the 288win platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and agree to be bound by them. These terms form the complete agreement between you and 288win regarding your use of the platform and supersede any prior communications or arrangements.

2Eligibility & Registration

• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

5Bonuses & Promotions

10Limitation of Liability

11Account Suspension & Closure

Where an account is closed for reasons other than rule violation, any real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player through the last-used payment method, subject to the completion of any required verification. You may also close your own account voluntarily at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary closures are processed promptly and any remaining balance returned to you.
